Register
Click on the button below to register your return or exchange. Select the items you wish to exchange or return. Then, choose the desired return method. From the day of delivery you have 30 days to register your return or exchange.

Packaging
Place the items and the packing slip back into the original packaging and shipping box. Ensure that all returned products are in the same condition as when you received them. Don't forget to remove or cover the old shipping label.

After preparing your return, you have three business days to bring your package to the post office.

Refund
Once the package is delivered, you will receive a confirmation email. The purchase amount will be refunded within 5 to 10 business days after receiving your return, via the original payment method.
Refund Information
- We will refund the purchase amount within 5 to 10 business days after receiving your return via the original payment method.
- The original purchase price for the products is refunded. Shipping costs are not credited.
- When you make a purchase using a discount code/gift card, you'll receive a new code with the same amount. If any additional payment was made for the order, you'll receive a refund to your account.
- A gift card cannot be returned or exchanged for money.
Terms & Conditions
- After receiving your complete order, you have the right to return or exchange your order within our return period of 30 days.
- Items purchased online can be exchanged or returned to our Flagship Stores. However, items purchased during promotions or other special events cannot be exchanged or returned to our Flagship Stores.
- Make sure all returned items are in the same condition as you received them, including the label attached and - if reasonably possible - in the original packaging (including any plastic cover or dust bag).
- Register your package for a refund or exchange through our returns portal. Unfortunately we cannot reimburse lost packages without a track & trace code.
- The costs for returning and exchanges are for your own account.
- Returned packages are processed within 5 to 10 business days after receipt.
- Packages ordered through a store other than the Donsje webshop cannot be returned to Donsje.com.
- Multiple orders may be returned together, as long as all packing slips are included.
- In the event of damage or incomplete items, a reduction in value will be charged. We will not accept items that have been worn. The one-time fitting of items is not considered as use.
- If one of your items has been delivered defectively, or you have received another item than ordered, kindly email info@donsje.com. In this email, please attach a photo of the damaged article along with the order number or proof of purchase.
