This is your chance to become part of a fast-growing and international brand! We are opening a beautiful new Gift Store at Schiphol, and we are looking for a driven Store Manager to make it a success.

Your Role:

• You are the driving force behind our new boutique at Schiphol Airport.
• You build and lead an enthusiastic and professional team that proudly represents the Donsje brand.
• You set weekly and monthly goals and ensure they are met.
• You are responsible for smooth store operations and stock management.
• You work together with other departments to ensure the store runs smoothly.
• You maintain the organized, well-presented, and luxurious appearance of the store.
• You ensure that our customers always experience an outstanding shopping experience with the best service and hospitality.

Schiphol Departure Hall 1 (beyond the security gates)

Who We Are Looking For:

• You have experience in management, sales, hospitality, and/or customer service.
• You are entrepreneurial and always strive to bring out the best in yourself, your team, and the store.
• You have leadership skills and can coach and motivate the team.
• You have a passion for fashion and a strong sense of styling and visual merchandising.
• You have experience with retail systems, such as inventory management and reporting.
• You are available for at least 4 days per week and have a flexible schedule.
• You can communicate effectively in English.
